Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the Wonday app ("Wonday", "the app", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and the provider of Wonday. Your use of the app confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. Your use of the app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Wonday for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

3. Use at your own risk

You use Wonday entirely at your own risk. Wonday is a simple personal productivity tool to help you focus on one goal a day. It is not professional advice of any kind — it is not medical, psychological, health, financial, legal, or other professional advice — and it is not a substitute for such advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, goals, and wellbeing, and for any reliance you place on the app.

You are responsible for your own data. While the app stores your information on your device and supports backups, you are responsible for keeping your own backups. We are not responsible for any loss of goals, history, settings, or other data, however caused (including device loss or failure, uninstalling the app, app errors, or updates).

4. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wonday is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of bugs, or that it will meet your requirements or produce any particular result. Any reminders or notifications are provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed or fail to deliver; do not rely on them for time-critical matters.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the provider of Wonday, or anyone associated with it, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the app will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) USD $10.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or certain mandatory consumer rights). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorised way. You are responsible for your device, your account, and any content you create in the app.

7. Purchases

Wonday may offer optional in-app purchases (Wonday Plus), processed by Google Play. Payments, refunds, and subscriptions are handled by Google under its terms. We do not process or store your payment details.

8. Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the app (or any feature) at any time without notice or liability. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

These Terms apply while you use the app. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the app if you breach these Terms or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

10. Governing law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of [your country/region], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply to you.
